Kylee is a seasoned operations and business development professional with extensive experience managing the day-to-day operations of start-ups and small- to medium-sized businesses within the automotive industry.
Having spent five years with a leading luxury electric vehicle manufacturer, Kylee has developed a deep understanding of high-value vehicles, exceptional customer service, and operational excellence. Living locally to the storage facility and with a genuine passion for cars, she is ideally placed to provide outstanding support while quickly identifying and resolving challenges.
A confident and adaptable leader, Kylee has a proven track record of driving organisational success through strategic planning, process improvement, and relationship management. She is recognised for her practical approach, strong problem-solving skills, and unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Simon Lane
Simon is an award-winning automotive industry executive that has spent almost 30 years working with luxury brands including Lexus, Lotus, Porsche and Aston Martin. Simon brings a broad network of collectors, manufacturers and channel partners from the automotive world.
In 2024 Simon co-founded Encor Design Ltd, along with colleagues from Lotus and carefully selected investor partners. Encor is a new sports car business engaged in the remanufacture of the best British Sports Cars - now in production.
Prior to Encor, Simon held the role of Director of ‘Q’ at Aston Martin Lagonda. Simon went on to establish a special vehicles division with Lotus Cars, known as Lotus Advanced Performance (LAP). Within this role Simon oversaw all commercial aspects of special vehicle programs, including the Evija hypercar.
